New Functionalities:​

  • Async chat is now available, allowing agents to take more time on complex tasks and provide better answers.
  • Agents can now be asked to search again, helping surface more complete and relevant results.
  • A new monitoring dashboard gives teams better visibility into agent activity, performance, and usage trends, while also helping teams review agent behavior, identify issues faster, track how interactions evolve over time, and filter or download the data as a CSV report.

Bug Fixes:​

  • General improvements were made to make the chat experience more stable and reliable.
