ReportMetrics Model​

Represents aggregated metrics related to user reports.

total_reports (integer) Required​

Total number of reports recorded.

successful_cases (integer) Required​

Number of reviewed cases considered successful.

open_reports (integer) Required​

Number of reports still open or in progress.

resolved_reports (integer) Required​

Number of reports resolved or marked with no issues.

total_reviewed (integer) Required​

Total number of reviewed report rows used for derived rates.

accuracy (number) Required​

Share of reviewed cases considered accurate.

missing_info_rate (number) Required​

Share of reviewed cases classified as missing information.

error_rate (number) Required​

Share of reviewed cases classified as assistant errors.

status_counts (object) Required​

Breakdown of report counts by status.

  • Format: Key-value pairs where the key is the status (string) and the value is the count (integer)

category_counts (object) Required​

Breakdown of report counts by category.

  • Format: Key-value pairs where the key is the category (string) and the value is the count (integer)

reason_counts (object) Required​

Breakdown of report counts by reason.
